I'm looking out my window and there's water on the Trent. Not a lot but she's melting. Just 8 days ago, I was drilling holes and washing lures.

I agree Mike. Nothing really warm in the next few weeks either. I still have to find a marina.

I'll be splashing the Zodiac as soon as the rivers says I can.

You need to build a big dock! Post some pics of your view, so if I am ever on my way through I know where to stop and get a beer!!

Snowing and a low of 10F tonight.

I'm expecting we will have ice until April 15th....at least along shore. Not sure when the frieghters will start running again. That will start to break up the ice.

Just bought my first boat ever, last November. It's a 2007 H190. We live in the Chicago area and the salesman told my wife and I it was the latest he's ever taken a demo ride with a customer, and the coldest! Full blown, winter jackets, hats and gloves. Anyway, we shipped it up to our summer place in northern Wisconsin. I heard they put their boats in the water around the end of April up there. Usually the ice is out by then. Been lurking here since November trying to absorb everything I can. If I ever figure out how to post a picture in my sig I'll do it.

Northwest lower Michigan has a winter storm warning. So much for spring. :(
Over 6" in the past 24 hours and another 2-4" tonight. :x

Checked on the boat over the weekend and it's still piled high around the building. Sledders and skiiers are loving it!

That is nuts. We get 6 inches of snow in Central Ohio and you'd think it's the zombie apocalypse.

Another weekend of skiing for us which is fine. I love to ski as much as I love yo boat. Then to Florida for a week and probably coming back to spring temps. In/out does not start until May 15th for us.
