Purchased this! 30% off! Cheaper than anyone else on the web! Now I just have to order the $80 mount pedistal mount to put it on the swim platform :(

I'm very excited to have this grill, I like it's design much better than the round kettle style I had previously.

How much of a risk is having these mounted near blower exits (transoms)? :?
Only ever had BBQ's on diesel boats... :roll:

Where did you purchase the pedestal mount from? Is that cost the post, hardware and base? I also got one for Christmas.

Grills are great! Just be sure to store the propane in a bag attached to a stern cleat or other location where a leak will not allow the escaping gas to enter the boat or engine space.
