I currently have a 14.5 19 alum prop and its got some scars on it. I am thinking about going to a SS prop. I have heard about a hub/coupler that will help if you hit something to dampen the hit?
I am looking for insight from people that have experience with doing this. What can I expect with RPM at WOT? I top out right not at 54mph and about 4800 rpm. I have a 98 sundowner with the 5.0 and the VP/SX outdrive.

Thanks for the help!

Every prop is different speed wise. Even if they are the same pitch/size. You're hitting perfect RPM at WOT so generally you're going to want to stay around a 19 pitch.
