Where I live, the entire month of November has been well bellow seasonal temperatures. So far this month has been brutally cold with no end in sight. I live on the Trent Severn waterway and have been observing ice forming slowly along my shoreline in November. Last week I woke up, looked out and she was frozen all the way across. It's way too early for this crap! Seasonal temps are around 36 this time of year, yet it's currently 13 here. Night time lows have dipped as low as 0. I also heard on the news that the lowest temps on the planet EVER were recorded this year. About a thousand below in Antarctica but still broke a record! I see throughout most of the US is having real crap weather too.

I don't think I'll be planning an on time launch or even an early one for that matter next spring. If spring even arrives. Are the rest of you experiencing the same crap weather?

John :(

Yup. Heat wave here today almost up to 28. It got cold right after Thanksgiving and has been well below normal since then. Most of November was a little above average (still cold) though.
It is interesting that most people don't understand that global warming actually makes the climate colder. Watch the movie "The Day After Tomorrow". Probably could happen, then we would all have to go stay with Ric.

Remember in the 70's when the call to action was global cooling because of man made pollution?
http://wattsupwiththat.com/2013/03/01/global-cooling-compilation/

I think we all remember all the global warming debate of the last 10+ years....that changed it's name to "climate change" when the warming cycle ended
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/An_Inconvenient_Truth

And now it looks like we are back to this
http://www.forbes.com/sites/peterferrara/2013/05/26/to-the-horror-of-global-warming-alarmists-global-cooling-is-here/

Just read an article the other day saying we are entering a 30 year mini ice age....that sucks for boating :( I guess it's time to sell the boats and get snowmobiles. In our area it was a very cool summer so maybe there is some merit to this new/old theory, or maybe just naturally occurring weather cycles.

Crap in Kansas but that's nothing new, although we don't usually get the artic stuff this early. I do believe the Earth is going through changes. I also believe Man has zero to do with it.

Fiction! When the earth wasn't warming anymore the "scientists"/ beneficiaries changed the terms to climate change so now they can't possible be wrong whether the earth warms or cools.
Man made... No
Natural cycles....yes
Al gore....fraud.

Sometimes it is hotter than average and sometimes colder than average. THAT IS WHY WE HAVE AVERAGES.

So if the archaeologists found stone age human remains exposed as this glacier melted and retreated, wouldn't that suppose that this glacier had not always been there and therefore prove that our climate has fluctuated for thousands even billions of years?
http://climateaudit.org/2005/11/18/archaeological-finds-in-retreating-swiss-glacier/

Also,
if other planets and moons (Mars and Triton) are warming too, it would suggest that normal fluctuations in solar output would be the cause, unless we are sending CO2 to both worlds?

Typically the coldest part of winter is late January and early February here with cold snaps around 10 below. It's only Autumn still and I woke up to 18 below this morning. I've never seen it so cold EVER! This is nutz! Might have to fire up the furnace.

I completely agree that we are not to blame for any weather changes, except the thermal inversions that we to through here in the valley. Nothing new, but now when it happens it fills with really smog and not just fog.
Let's blame it on ethanol.

Well considering we're in an ice age and temps fluctuate, everything is quite normal here on planet earth.

I know of one "scientists" that is a geologist. She is VERY liberal. She injects her political ideals into her science. Yes, folks, a scientist that uses opinion as fact. Imagine that. Now imagine her, multiplied 10,000 times. You'll get the idea of why the Earth is warming; it's from all the hot air these "scientists" spew forth.

Give me an accurate weather forecast about what it's going to be like TOMORROW and I might start to believe other things pertaining to our planet's weather.

Agreed; predicted rain turning into snow later; actual, clear skies all day. I'm not complaining, I wish I had a job that paid me well for getting it so wrong !

I just want to say, I agree with Ric's above post, and thought I would let the world know. Hell must be freezing over as I post.

You would think that the climate alarmists would be happy about this wouldn't you? Instead they continue to try and prove the unprovable by getting millions in government grants for their "studies". Hmm, maybe this has been a scam to get money all along?
