Yes. On a Bayliner, I still have, I installed a window antenna that sticks on the glass. Works much better than the wire hanging out the back of the Motorola plug the boat makers usually have. My current FW uses a TV antenna on the arch which is fed to an amplifier/signal splitter device sending the signals to both the radio and the TV. It works great! |

I added a sig-amp to my last boat. Worked great! I wired it to power on with the power antenna circuit, this way I never had to touch it. It was installed it under the pass side cup-holder, just in fornt of the stereo. With the bluffs around Lake of the Ozarks, it was a neccesity. I actually left it in the boat when I sold it this weekend. |
