1976 O'day Daysailer. Mint condition. New trailer. Original gelcoat. Wanted something to tool around the lake and I like this a LOT better than my last sailboat, a catalina of the same LOA (it didn't have an inside storage area). Going to install a small AGM battery, solar panel, stereo, nav lights, and find a Nissan 2.5 or 3.5hp outboard. Also going to make a snap in cockpit cover. ![]() |

Two grand. I don't know if that's an amazing deal or not but it's in BEAUTIFUL condition with the spanking brand new trailer I couldn't say no! The owner even delivered it to my house. Just found a Nissan NS3.5a outboard in Tampa, talked the guy down to $200. Looks like I'm going to Tampa after work. I'll get this ordered! http://www.jmsonline.net/jbl-mpk170-ste ... OgodLgcAng |

Those are a lot of fun on calm waters, they can be super fast too. 2k is a little much, up here they normally go for about $1400. But Florida prices are always a bit more for boats and stuff. |

Even the O'Day plastic badges are still in very good condition, usually those are tore up from the sun. I wouldn't say it's museum quality but if I had to buy one for restoration in a showroom this would be my first choice. Going to take it out on the lake this weekend, can't wait! |

Nice! You'll have fun with that. I almost had one of those for $50 a few years back. Owner just wanted it out of his yard. Only problem was it had been sitting for so long that the tongue jack sank into the ground allowing water to pool in the hull. The result was soft spongy fiberglass. ![]() I'm always on the lookout for another one. |

Looks great. One that size is a lot of fun. Great find. Not the deal of the century. But if in great shape not a bad deal |
