Love that my custom South Carolina monogrammed needlepoint trimmed in leather flask arrived while we were out of town. All sorts of goodies this morning from the neighbor that collected them for me.

love that i return from lunch to find a big ass heavy box of parts for the motor is waiting at our loading dock for me.. yay serpentine belt conversion can start. at some point in the future after the glass work is done.

That setup is about like the one I have for my 298 Vista which has a windlass. Hauling that thing up will be a nice workout at the end of the day. :lol:

i am young.. but when ones hits chain the thoughts of. "where the hell is the anchor" will be going thru mind for 18 feet lol.. I am tired of having to reset. I wish i had a windlass, that would be the ticket. drop front and back to the beach and step off and set the stern anchor..

i really like how this guys stern windlass is.. makes for setting up a 32' a breeze single handed.

That will definitely hold well! The extra chain will give you much more holding power, you will not have to reset. Gonna be a great addition for the summer!

Love that I live within 30 minutes of the river, and less than 2 hours from a lake. Our drought this winter is going to make trips to the river suck.
