I'm looking for feedback on how far South I would need to travel to get decent boating weather end of October...1st week on November. Any recommendations on lakes too...N Texas, Arkansas ect... We'll be laeving Southern Kansas on 10/27 and are looking to extend our season for one more week.

Thanks

Which part of southern KS, and what constitutes good boating weather? Do you mean still getting in the water? If you're leaving southeast KS, I could always recommend Table Rock, but if you're leaving from Liberal, that'd be quite a trip :) .

Well, that's more like south central than southeast, but if you're up for a bit of a trip, go over to Table Rock! You won't forget the beauty, the leaves will be turning, and you can cruise all day and not see the same part of the lake twice, it's so huge.
