I have considered it, but I think it will be more cost effective to replace the existing bulb with a high power LED and still get comparable illumination. |

Those are surface mounted. Good for somebody that wants to add docking lights but doesn't want to cut a big hole (only needs a hole for the wire and some screws). Personally, I would like the recessed light better. |
