Just had some work done on my boat and i thought there was always a beep from the engine before i started it. Now theres no beep , is there supposed to be a beep or 2 before you start a fuel injected boat?? |

I have a vdo dash and it beeps once after ignition is on |

I remember on my 2000 248 there were always 2 beeps when the ignition was turned on |

Thats what i thought 2 beeps then start the boat, now i need to figure out what they did to make this stop, iam worried about finding it |

Its the round black kinda tube shaped box at the left rear of the engine on top. If you were looking toward back of boat. Has holes in it like a speaker. Check the wires to it. |
