The wife and me are on vacation in Varenna on the beautiful Lake Como. Did not think to ask my fellow brethren if we had members here in Italy. Boat rentals are sky high here. But the lake is gorgeous. The food and wine are great.

Back to Milan tomorrow and the fly back to states.

Have a great time, I was in Milan for a few days for work about 10 years ago. Spent an evening in Bellagio. Absolutely beautiful.

I believe Flavio is on Lake Como, or boats in the area. I have boated on the Lecco side of the lake near Mandello, and over to Bellagio. That is beautiful country, enjoy your stay!

arghhh wish I had thought about this earlier. we leave in the am for milan. then back to states on Tuesday. Next time I am taking 2-3 weeks here. love this place.

I must confess I had to "work" out there back in the summer at the Villa D'Este Concorse D'Elegance this was our mode of transport ;) we had six of them at our disposal.


Yes its the real thing, Como is a stunning place

Wow!! These real things you speak of sure look like Riva's. That would be an epic day! Cruising Riva's on Lake Como! Yeah, looks like your "working" real hard! :D

We had Aquaramas & Superaquaramas :) some were originals some were restored but all of them totally beautiful


This was work, behind the police escorts :mrgreen:
