Quote: Horizon 440 Bow Cruiser Never before seen in the marine industry – until now – the Horizon 440 bow cruiser is more than expected in a boat…cruiser amenities and styling in an open bow boat. Four Winns designers have developed the perfect solution to a day cruiser. Engineering in significantly more useful space by opening up the bow, this new boat will satisfy the most discerning customer looking for the perfect boat to entertain family and friends. Some drawings of what is behind door #1 and #2... ![]() ![]() And the actual boat arriving at FLIBS last Sunday. Not much ground clearance for those pods on that trailer. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

It's a freaking one bedroom apartment with a porch and VIP lounge. I just found my new favorite boat |

dump the forward stateroom for the front porch, and turn the mid berth into a shaggin' cabin. Seriously ingenious. Not sure it'll catch on the US, but it'll be a hit in Europe. Nice work Frenchy. |

As much as we were ragging on it, I take it all back. |

Two different optional layouts? Any pics of the head or forward berth? |

Not so much the overall shape which is rather nice but a as a bowrider ? If you can afford a 44' boat, you'd have a boat with jetski or a rib in the garage as well. |

Graham, the boat show special on the H440 at FLIBS includes a SeaDoo Spark PWC and IPS 600 upgrade at no charge if you buy this particular boat. ![]() Interesting bimini set up for the bow, not to be used while underway I would think. Really not all that spacious for seating in the bow for such a large boat. Plenty of cupholders though. ![]() ![]() ![]() The cockpit is not all that large for a group of people and this size boat, unless everyone is seated. ![]() Settee with a small table for two ?? ![]() It looks better on the water than on land. ![]() |

So from the pics on the website I see there are two single berths behind door #1 under the bow seating area? |

It does look pretty intriguing.. Is that guy standing behind the "couch" in the cockpit? the pic is cut off. |

Actually better than I imagined....but I doubt there is more than 5' of length to them. That sucks. I like it otherwise. I think this is an improvement over some of the designs FW has come out with over the last few years(V275,V305). If your looking for a huge party barge with room to sleep it off, then this is perfect. Not something that I would be interested it though. I'd rather have a large comfy bed up front in the cabin with a sun pad topside. |

I wish they used that space for a kitchen. |

very cramped for the size of boat on the PROPERTY TAX forms that will have to be paid. feels like a 35' sun dancer.. for the $$ and the feel i have seen many other boats that are more roomy and more accommodating.. BUT i will have to SAY that the actual pictures are more appealing than i had thought visually. as for space and comfort it seems crammed and a rain storm with 5-6 people i think orgy would be the better option than maintaining any remote amount of personal space. |
