Another good affordable option if you can find one fairly local would be a Carver 396. We had one for sale in our marina last year loaded with diesels sold for 150k. Went on the boat and would be ideal for your situation. I think you will be hard pressed to find a 3 stateroom boat for your budget. I also like the Carver voyager 460 but it is a little more pricey

The 396 is beautiful - I wonder if I could split that forward queen into a couple of small berths with a wall in the middle....(I might just try that!).
The 460 is a dream boat, but about twice my budget, which is a shame.

If you do some searching the 396 comes with 2 or 3 different layouts. I think one of them has a split berth in the front
