Looking for some ideas, we have a 268 vista and thinking of moving up we have one kid and spend 20 to 30 nights a year on it. I dont want to go bigger than 30 - 31 feet any suggestions on models and brands?

I went from the FW 268 to the FW 318, this is an awesome boat, I looked at the 310 Searay but there wasn't any comparison.
I think Four Winns is far ahead of others in their designs.

I have my eye on a vista 298. We Love our 268 but wish a few iareas were a bit larger.

Had the pleasure of being anchored behind one yesterday and got to do a good comparison from the beach.

I really like the fact that the 298 is reasonably trailerable as well.

298 is on my radar i like the idea of being able to tow and launch it myself, ive never been on a 298 i need to see if its a big enough jump.

I had a 268 and now a 318. Very happy with our choice yo move up to it. We don't trailer it.

Besides the obvious Four Winns, I really like the Formula PC line (PC 31, 34, 37, etc.). Formula is a highly regarded brand.

Go as big as your wallet will let you, our 268 was great and all we needed until we got to see the 31 and 32 footers, now I wish we had waited to get a 378. trailering is fun but being comfortable is nice.
