Can't say I did anything to it today, but I bought my first boat last week. A 2007 Four Winns Horizon 200 with the Volvo Penta 5.0GXi.

Pics are from when I took it out for a test drive last week. Unfortunately, I won't see it again until I can get back up to my summer home in mid-July. It will be used on Lake Champlain, so there will be plenty of opportunity to take it out and let it stretch its legs!

Looking forward to asking lots of questions here and learning more about it.

Beautiful boat, good luck with it!

Me? Just cleaning my boat, i hate how all the food crumbs get between the floor and the carpet/liner, but what can you do.

I did remove, brush them down and give the deck a good cleaning. Some AC testing as well on full with the cabin door closed, working well on a 81 degree day.

Sharp boat, congrats on the purchase!

I took the boat out a few times as I took last week off, adjusted the trailer a bit. Getting templates for either sea dek or infinity woven vinyl made.

A guy at the ramp on Saturday had the same boat as you, only black.

Is that port window for an enclosed head? Jealous.

Yes - stepping down from a 318, can't boat without having a head, even if it's a PITA to get myself into - my 6 year old fits just fine!

Love it. Had a '14 and '16 F150 before this. Ordered it as soon as firm pricing was available last year and took delivery just over a year ago. Leaps and bounds ahead of anything currently on the market.

F150s had the 3.5 and 2.7 EcoBoosts. Happy to be back in a Hemi. Only disappointment is the Siruis Guardian is lackluster compared to Ford Connect, but by no means a deal breaker.

I have a 2010 Laramie that i bought new & still love it. Only has 70k on it. Been a great truck.

The new Ram is by far the best truck out.

Can't wait to get one.

My Ram is a 2013 and still love it...only 60k. The uconnect isn't so great on my model either but it's the best riding 4wd I've had and I have an aversion to souped up little engines in a truck...just me but it's just me paying for it too.

Mine is the lonestar and didnt get air ride so only real complaint I had was the coil rear suspension likes to squat. I added air bags that made world of difference.

Nice rig there for sure and I'm sold on Rams

Wow some low mileage guys, nice! Uconnect is fine on mine, just all the commands from the app take 30 seconds for the truck to respond, on the F150s it was instant! I had 60k on my 2016 when I traded it, back in a company car and only 12k on the Ram. Might keep this one a bit longer!

My mileage is low due to work vehicle I have. I kept the autopay setup and want to keep it building for at least 4 more years so this truck needs to last. Dont plan on buying another until this one pinchers up and I have car fund to pay off a new one.

Its tempting when I see new models but I also have lifetime oil service with current truck for $15. Been hitting them for that for over 6 years.

I looked at a 2019 Silverado Z71 Double Cab today. Black with chrome trim.

Sticker was 47k.

I think I'll hang onto my 2003 Dakota for a while longer. Just about to turn over 67k.

F150s were paid with a company car allowance. Ram was intended to be and now that I'm back in a company vehicle the wife drives it 5 miles a day as her vehicle.

Pricing is crazy, but so are the rebates and discounts.

2014 F150 MSRP was 47, paid 38.
2016 F150 MSRP was 51, paid 40.
Ram was 59 (now 61 due to price increases), paid 49.

Both F150s I received 30k on trade in...with 60k miles on them in two years. Since it was well above payoff (5yr note) and I didn't pay it, it worked out well for me, flipping them every two years.

Getting this back to FWs, I ordered a new generic bimini boot today. Thousands of miles trailed with many different boats - got to the lake 3 weeks ago and my boot was gone! Couldn't find it on the drive home. Great Lakes canvas is $250 for the OEM with the embroidered logo - Overtons for $50 that matches but no logo. Picked up two so I have a spare!

We took the chance to put the boat in the water Father's Day morning before the lake got crowded. Had to make a quick, fine-tuning adjustment to my shift cable in order to get the gears to go into reverse correctly (final adjustment after reinstalling my lower unit a few weeks ago). Spent about 4 hrs slowly cruising around.

That's what I did to my FW this weekend!

Firecadet how does your Ram mileage compare to the F150 with 3.5 ecoboost?
