Did you have an inspection done this year? Did you pass?
We had our inspection Saturday, passed with flying colors and got our sticker displayed prominently on the port side windshield.

It may save you from getting stopped by the "coasties", it's free and
offered at many marinas on certain scheduled days. We are lucky, there is a couple in our marina who are Coast Guard Auxiliary, and they perform the inspections each year.

Get er' Done !!!

Of course I did! Since I do inspections with the USPS, it wouldn't be kosher for me not to have a sticker!

I had mine done when it was still on the driveway being waxed. My first year with four winns has been trying but the people at the usps are great. Got mine through mt. clemens in Michigan.

It won't prevent you from getting boarded, but it's just a plus.
Our friend in our marina got his inspected Saturday, passed and got his sticker. He went out that afternoon and got boarded by the Coast Guard.
No problems, and they even gave him a free whistle as a backup.

Does anyone have the checklist the USCG uses to perform an inspection?
