We had a our heart set on a Sea Ray until we checked out our local four winns dealer and loved to Funship but not the price or our local dealers attitude and high pressure approach. We searched around and decided to drive 2 hours from Upstate NY to Ct to check out the G and R showroom. We were won over. The price was thousands less then my local stuck up dealer and the staff was awesome! Long story short, G and R did not call us after we left to pressure us to buy (unlike our local dealer that called at least once a day, no joke). Once we told our salesman Byran that we wanted to buy his funship, he added some great perks to our deal (extended warranty, dual batteries, extra canvas...). Since picking up our boat 3 weeks ago Byran from G and R has called us 3 times to make sure things were ok and they have gone out of their way to make sure this was a positive experience. I have bout many cars and two boats, nothing has been a positive as this. I was wonder if others have good stories to share. It seems too often we only hear about the bad transactions.
By the way, we love the funship

Ditto on being put-off by local dealers and finding the opposite extreme of the scale by looking elsewhere. I suspect that the shoddy operations monopolize on most peoples laziness but for those of us willing to make the effort - we strike gold. Man, maybe CougarCruiser should chime in - that dude traveled clear across the country for the right service!
Congrats in order on a beautiful new rig. Don't forget the pics . .

Hey thats good news bbgman!
I bought from the guys at Sydney Powerboat Centre at Mona Vale(Sydney North Shore) I checked with other dealers and these guys gave me the best price without haggle, and by far the most exceptional service which I have ever had. Very happy with them. Steve, Mark and Merve will look after you. :D
cheers Robbi

We love Bryan at G&R. Purchased our 238 Vista from him 1995 and have sent many more people to him. Went back last year to buy a new trailer and then again this year for a new 258 Vista. Would not buy from anyone else.

I have bought 2 Four Winns from Bryan. I will be back to buy my next boat from him. He even helped me with my move to Florida. He is truely a nice person and great salesman. His hard work not only supports Four Winns and his dealership, but it is great for the boating industry. Boating has taken some pretty hard knocks in the past few years due to high prices and lousy service, but Bryan is committed to the survival and growth of the hobby and way of life we all love.

Met Bryan at the NY boat show. He is the man. I wish there was somebody like him local. You guys are lucky; he's a hell of a guy!

:D Second 4Winns from Brian here , great salesman and gentleman. After the deal was done , he came out to the boat and showed us how the systems work . He even went out to the Sound with me to make sure I know how to handle the bigger boat  . Great guy !
