How has that dealer been about servicing your boat. I have had nothing but problems with the dealer I bought my boat from. I like the boat, but man, its been a nightmare to get it in there for repairs.

I had a few warranty issues I wanted taken care of right away. The service guys has been excellent. I store my boat there as well so he just pulls it out of storage and fixes what he needs to, then puts it back in storage. The other day I informed him of the vinyl ripping a little on the sun pad and he said he will order me a new one. I had my 20 hours service done with them as well and I told him I needed it done within a week and it was done. Its great for warranty repairs, but I think there prices are a little steep outside of warranty

I am glad you are getting good service. I finally gave up and took my boat down to Boatland to get someone to help me out. It was an extra 40 miles I had to drive. Thats after waiting since the begenning of Feb. to try to get my boat looked at by the local dealer. Hopefully I have better luck with them.

How good have they been in taking care of you there? That is where I bought my boat from, and have had terrible service there.

My only complaint with Harden Marine has been the lead time on the parts they have had to order from the factory. They have replaced both of my seats, my compass, and reapplied the blue gel coat due to ghosting above the rub rail that appeared when the shrink wrap was originally removed. I am still waiting on a trim piece that they cracked on my dash when replacing the compass. (That part has been orderded for 3 months.) Overall I think my level of service has been sastifactory. What complaint do you have with the service at Harden?

Bought ours at Castaic also. They have a really good service department. Very happy with them. I tried to get our warranty issues resolved through Hardin, only to find out that if you didn't buy your boat through them they will not perform the warranty work (per my discussions with their service dept.). Bunch of B.S. Also, I was told that alot of guys take there boats to Hardin...only later to have Castaic fix what Hardin messed up or didn't fix properly. If you are ever in the lake Havasu area, they have several good boat shops their also. Boat Brokers (lake Havasu) is a Gemnar group boat dealer, but doesn't sale Four Winns. However, there service department contacted Four Winns and recieved authorization to perform warranty work on our boat.

That's good to know. I store mine in Fort Mohave AZ. Last November I did a turn around trip. Left my house in the morning and returned that evening with the boat so I could get the service done by Harden Marine. If I could find a good dealer in AZ I would be very happy to use them instead.

My problem with hardine-marine has been getting my boat in there to be serviced period. I called at the beginning of Feb to make an appointment and they said they would call me once the parts were in, that way my boat wouldnt sit there too long. I called back in April after not hearing from them, and they pretty much said they forgot about me. They scheduled me in for the end of april, I have my wife drive the boat in and they tell her that they have no room for my boat. It will be a couple of weeks. Well, a few weeks passed and still they cant take my boat in. I finally got fed up and spoke to the owner in Arrowhead and still nothing. I searched for the closest place I could find and came up with Boatland in Escondido. I called them and the next day my boat was in there. I am very dissapointed with Hardine-Marine, and I will never take my boat there again. When they sold me the boat one of their sales pitch wass how good their service department was and how they take care of their customers first, well I found it hard to beleive that every time I called they say that no new boats have been taken in, in three weeks! Every time I drive by there I saw different boats in there.
