I have a timeshare which one of the places you can go is Table Rock lake. It is BLUEGREEN WILDERNESS CLUB™ AT BIG CEDAR. Which is suppose to be right on the lake. So I was wandering if anyone has seen this place or even stayed there. We currently can't use our timeshare due to vacation time and new job but THIS resort would set it in our mind to either keep the timeshare or try to sell it. Plus would anyone like to Rent or lease out our points to stay here or anyother Bluegreen resort. It would be at least a couple of years before we could even start using the timeshare again. So if anyone wants to use it I am just looking to cover our maintenance fees. Thanks for the info about the lake/resort and PM me for more info about the timeshare. Troy |

The wife and I are going on a tour of the place next month. I've looked it over on the the web and it is a very nice resort on a great part of the lake. I'm not sure about the cost of points as compared to other resorts of the same quality, guess we will find out next month. |

What ever you do don't buy points from BlueGreen!!! You can get them ALOT cheaper from an individual! Our 7000 points cost us $10K and the best price I have found that I could get for them (to sell) is about $2K. So if you want to buy a timeshare I know some other forums to look at that will get you a great price compared to buying them retail! I will reply to your PM soon getting info together. |

That is a very nice part of the lake. We like to run from there down into Arkansas to tube. |

Sweet! Thanks for the info Mike!!! I think we will be keeping the timeshare instead of selling it (considering we can't get crap for it compaired to what we paid, got ripped off for) but Hopefully we can get someone to rent it out for the next couple/3 years until we get back on our feet and able to take vacations again. |
