https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tLoGghzaoxA Kind of a corny video, but still interesting to see how the Genmar-era Four Winns boats were manufactured back in the day. Four Winns just posted a 'back to work' video, and it looks like they're back to hand-laid fiberglass. Kind of interesting, but I know those VEC machines were NOT cheap and is probably a big part of why the company went bankrupt back in 2009. I'm sure the plant tours are on hold, if not a thing of the past. But, very neat to walk the plant as they are being made! |

Does Four Winns offer (even past tense) factory tours? I've done the Regal one in Orlando while on vacation, and even not owning one, thought it was very interesting. |

Not as slick as Regals setup (no showroom at the end), but I was able to call and get a personal tour for me and my family. Just us and employee showing us around. |
