Alot of you know I sold my 220SS a month or 2 ago and planned to purchase a wake boat in the fall or spring when I found the right one. Well bad news first...Im not getting another boat :( But the good news...

Im gonna be a daddy! G/F is 6 weeks pregnant! We decided not to tell family or friends until the 3 month mark in case, god forbid, something happened but I had to tell someone so you guys are it. We are pretty excited and by memorial day we should have a little one!!

Congratulations!

I find so much joy in everything I do with my daughter that it makes me wonder why I didn't have one earlier in life. I enjoy listening to her tell me wacky stories from school (junior kindergarden) and her little helping hands that seem to always be in the way!

Why not budget for a smaller horizon that's a few years old? They can be had for a reasonable amount and atleast that will keep you on the water.

Once again, Congratulations !!

P.S. We won't tell anybody!

Thanks for the advice Brent...its crazy how its been less than a week and I've already jumped into protector/provider mode. I'm constantly worried about where she's at or what she's doing, and i'm trying to find a night job so she wont have to work through the pregnancy. Its insane how quick your life can do a 180!

I got our boat after we found out that my wife was pregnant, I wanted to make sure I got my last toy that I wanted, LOL.

Another bit of advice: When your child is born, you will be so wrapped up in them. Every need and want they have becomes your top priority. You MUST remember who gave bith to that baby. Don't change your habits with your girlfriend. She is still the same person. It's easy to move all focus to the child.
