I think there are quite a few of us Lee. On a nice sunny day like today it won't be long before we are all on the water!

Burlington here and putting the boat into a slip at the Bronte Outer Harbour Marina for the summer. Will also tow it up to the Muskoka lakes for odd weekends and a week on Kennisis Lake in August.

I agree. As the temps around here increase, so does my anxiety to get the boat launched again. The countdown timer on my laptop says 54 days....

Come on guys.... Ontario is a very big province. So tell us where you're from or atleast where you boat so we can put some geographical sense to this!

Better yet put your hometown in you sig or sidebar

Oh yeah.... i'm from Ontario Canada, Millhaven exactly, Kingston is the closest "Big" city

My first post in a while, since I have put the boat away actually.

Chimin' in from North Bay. That's about a 3-1/2 hour drive North from Toronto. We have a wet slip in the smaller of our two local lakes (Trout Lake), but have Lake Nipissing in town, as well as many other lakes within an hours drive from the city.

From one provence over... Manitoba, but we do almost all our boating in Ontario - Lake of the Woods and the Winnipeg River just north of Kenora/Keewatin.

My wife and I live in Kitchener, and keep our boat in Huntsville on the Vernon Narrows at the inlaws house.

It was basically a "let me buy a boat and we'll visit your parents more during the summer" type deal. Now I get to hang out at the dock/water all day and she's still happy.

Of course she's never happy when I'm shaking her out of bed at 7:30 in the morning to pull me around Hunter's Bay.

(Also, we usually make it over to Georgian bay a few times in the summer to meet up with my parents and their 32' cruiser down in Echo Bay. We can usually be seen tubing/wakeboarding in Spider Bay when we're visiting.)

We live in Toronto and slip at Ontario Place Marina. With two kids (9 and 12), it's ideal for us - overnighters on the Toronto Islands, and lots of play time for them at the amusement park right at Ontario place.

Just kidding... unless you can. ;)

Home is Toronto.... & Minden (its complicated).
Slip at Wrights Marina in Britt,
Boat mostly along small craft route from Britt up to Killarney.
Dealer is... was Boat Warehouse in Kingston, although I've heard their Coldwater location is great.

Volvo Penta is pulling my drives in the next 2 weeks for repairs under warranty. Should be ready to launch by end of April.
Looking forward to a long hot summer. 8)

I'm live in Durham Region just east of Toronto. I'll be doing my boating at my cottage on Rice Lake in the Kawartha's. I will be dropping my boat in the water for the first time on May 25, I am hesitant to go much earlier then that as it still drops below freezing overnight before then.
