I just wanted to give Ryan some credit where credit is due. I am glade to see that someone still cares about customer service. I know some people including myself can be APITA with questions and what not, but he has been very helpful and always given me a fair price. A+ serive Ryan. Thanks!!

PS: In case your wondering my e-mail that I contact you from is shawn@conger.com.

As many of us have commented on this site, the whole crew at Winnisquam is the best there is in the business. PERIOD.

He's definitely "the man"! He helped me out with a spec sheet the other day and he doesn't even know me. I'll be ordering my FW parts from him in the future for sure.

I have to say I'm amazed at the locations of some of the posters. My family has been buying FW from Winnisquam for more than 20 years. Multiple boats for multiple families. We have yet to be disappointed.

If Ryan, and his dad Ed, were in charge of AGI or GM, we wouldn't be in the fix we are in.

Ryan is the driving force for supporting the 'online population'.

The Crawford family is top notch. Just great people.

I talked to Ryan today and he commented how it was tough to keep up with the requests coming in from iFourWinns. Especially as they are doing boat shows every weekend now!

But - he said keep it coming! Any business is great business!

I also had e-mail conversations with Ryan today and again he went out of his way to get me something I was looking for. I really wish my local dealer cared about there customers as much as Ryan does. If I was closer to his marina I would for sure be buying my next boat there. Heck I might consider it anyway.

I'm 3000 miles away and I've now purchased a H240 and a v318 from them.

Don't let distance bother. Between what you'll save and the service you'll get - it's worth every penny.

When it comes time to step up to something bigger I will be looking to see what they have for sure. I didn't even buy my boat there and get better service so I can only imagine if I bought from them.

I too am a happy customer. Ryan actually quoted me a price and when we went to seal the deal. Four Winns gave him a different price then they had originally quoted him. He got them to give me the original quote which was considerably lower. Kudos to him and Four Winns for that.

Imagine no more!
My friend and I purchased a couple of 288V's from Winnisquam Marine this fall: http://winnisquammarine.com/2009_four_winns.htm
When the boats got there, Ryan put them in their heated building for the two families to go see them. We hed to delete the arch(another story) and thus we opted out of the Nav Pkg. We were about to leave and Ryan said, "Sit at the helm again and tell me what's missing." Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there was no speedometer! Ryan said, "there's not depth sounder either."

Apparently if you don't get the Nav Pkg, you also don't get a speedo or depth! Go figure?! Ryan wasn't aware of that and neither were my friend and I. Sooooo, Ryan is going to instal a pair of Humminbird 957c in the dash. So now we'll have the GPS, plotter, sonar, temp, etc...

Total cost to my buddy and me for the units AND rigging? ZERO!

Ryan felt bad about the whole mix-up and offerd up the units, with installation, without blinking an eye. I asked him to at least give us the opportunity to to get all upset first before offering up a solution :-)

On a previous post I commented that "I don't buy my boats at WM to buy Four Winns. I buy Four Winns so that I can buy at WM." Now you all know why...

Looks like Winnisquam can save some money on their advertising budget this year...nothing better than free advertising on a forum!
