You lucky devil!! (even though it looked a little nippy)

We're going up to Winnisquam Marine to take ours for a quick ride next weekend, but we're not actually picking it up until the 10th of May because our mooring won't be in until then. I hope the weather is nice.

Thanks for the comments guys. It was a little nippy, about 51 today. Nice and warm when not moving, but the wind is cold at 60mph. Had the itch to get out though so we only went for a short ride to grab lunch and back. Sure was nice to get the boat wet though. All the fishermen were looking at me kinda funny! LOL.

Good looking family and lucky you for getting the boat wet. I was at the lake today fishing from the bank. There were about 20 fishing boats running around and one cuddy cruizing the shores. I can't wait for may to join everyone else.

I love that decal you have across the back of your window. Where did you find that? Cost?

I am sure you mean 60 mph with the boat on the trailer and the windows down on the way to the ramp. My 5.7 won't even make it to 60.

Well my speedo reads 60 at WOT anyway. Never checked it with GPS.

The speedometer is only so accurate. Check the FW specs, and the 5.0 tops out at WOT at 54 mph the 5.7L tops out at WOT at 56mph. Their data is pretty accurate.

Just going of what my speedo reads regardless if its right or not. Not like every speedo in a car is accurate and they are used everyday to maintain speed limits. Its just a judgement tool.

Interesting thing here...I was just looking at my boat insurance policy and it shows a "rated speed" for my boat. Its 54mph.

True...your insurance is much higher if your boat does do 60 mph.

By the way...where is your kids life jacket in these pics??
