Just wondering if anyone has launched at burnham?? If so how is the launch and parking. I'm thinking of launching there for my first trip to lake michigan. Is this a good idea?? Many people have told me to go through the canals, and rivers but i have never been through a lock before. Any info would be great. Thanks DREW pics http://photobucket.com/drew230 |

I have never launched there but I have launched from Diversy Harbor and it is very nice. A little narrow but plenty of room and ample parking. |

We launched at Burnham with our 230 a few years ago with not problems. It is a bit narrow and steep but the water is very calm and parking was a breeze. Just watch having a trailer on Lake Shore Drive. |
