Walt was the dealer you were working with local? If so I'd talk to another local dealer to see if they have heard anything about this dealer going out of business. Village Marina and Yacht Club is still operating maybe they could help you whit contacting Four Winns. Hope you get a positive outcome.
Villiage (place I purchased from) has been working with Sportsmans (local) for all my warranty work previously. They've done a great job and hadn't hads any trouble dealing with Villiage Marina, FW or Mercury. In November and since FW did not reply to Sportsmans regarding these latest issues. I pinged Villiage about a month ago and still have not got a reply direct from them.

How minor is the warranty work? Is the local dealer brushing you off because it's small business and they are busy right now?
Is it boat show season?
Or - if they went out of business, that's shit outta luck.
What's wrong with your boat?
No, they've actually been keeping in touch with me, keeping me up to date on who they've tried to contact, etc. on about a every 2 week basis. I'm confident they are working in my best interest.

Have you tried actually calling Four Winns as opposed to email?
I have been unable to get a number for FW. Even a generic 1-800 number would be something. I've tried thier website, and gone through the normal contact stuff there, but no fruit yet.

Walt I sent you a PM.
Thanks. Hope it doesn't come down to it. The GF, and a few other friends are both enthusiastic about my boat, and lawyers, so it could be in thier best interest.... you know.
Thank for all replys. Mostly I'm trying to find a worthy point of contact within FW.....I'll try pinging Villiage Marina again this week, and see if I can't get them to run with it. After all, they have my $42K
