Hi everyone. New to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. We have a 2006 Horizon 200 that we love, been happy boat owners for 3 years now. This will be our first year back on the water since we are new parents of a baby girl born March 2008.
Cheers! :D

Hi and Welcome! You'll find we are a friendly lot here, and there is a wealth of experience ready to help out when needed. Where are you located?

I'm in Fullerton, Southern California. Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm sure I will be searching the forum and posting plenty-o-questions. My brother in law and I are doing the pre-season maintenance on the boat this year for the first time. The dealership wants 400$ this year..... um, no. Lots of help from the manuals and some pointers from my new friends here, and I think we'll be just fine. :)

I'm sure there will be some comments coming on what others pay for pre-season maintenance costs in Ca and where the best place to get it done is...

I guess it depends what they do - if they remove the leg and check alignment etc. and maybe swap plugs then it doesn't sound too bad. If its just oil, filters and impeller, then $400 seems a bit steep to me.
