Remember, the "new" Oilers coach is the old Leafs coach, sooo..... good luck with that ![]() ![]() ![]() Unfortunately for us Leaf fans, the prospect of respectability is still several years away - if only we fans demanded a winner, and stayed away from the ACC until they put a decent team on the ice, maybe ownership would spend some of that cash on a productive farm system (for all you non-hockey fans, the Leafs are to hockey what the Yankees are to baseball, or the Cowboys are to football) ![]() ![]() Maybe Basillie will win the court case and bring the Phoenix Coyotes back to southern Ontario and give us some hope...??? I doubt anyone in Phoenix will really miss not having a hockey team!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() Thankfully, we are really lucky to have some great boating places up here to play in and explore!!! PS - Go Penguins!!!!!!!!! |

A better comparison would be the Leafs are like the Cubs. ![]() |
