Hey everyone hope things are good. I have been busy the last month and the boat has just sat waiting for me to take it out. Looks good for this weekend to get out and fish a little. Good news I got called on monday last week and offered a teaching job for this year. I will be working at a middle school. Anything is better than being laid off. I feel bad for all of the other teachers who don't have jobs yet. We lost 30% of our teaching force and we are a small town of 10,000 people and 22% unemployment already. The best news of all is that I get to keep the boat. I was going to put her up for sale since it was looking like no job. I already had sold my Blazer so I need to pick up a new tow vehicle. Woo Hoo. Enjoy the last month or two of nice weather. |
