I don't know if anyone has done business with Village Marina in Missouri, but I pop by their website from time to time as they keep after it and show more than stock photos. I just saw that they have what I think is a pretty smart promotion right now for people who want to keep their boat in that area:

They point out that there is a limited supply of slips under this promotion and it's only on certain boats, but that's an incentive that makes sense!
