Hopefully the weather will be better next season. Seems as though it was just a two month season.
It's not all bad.....Bruin's season starts on Thursday....

Wow. Sometimes we forget it's now fall up there. We were out yesterday - Air Temp 90 deg, Water Temp 89 deg!! |

Water temperature 59 deg F, that's 15 deg. C; it's not gotten over 14.5 deg C here for the last 3 Summers! Graham |

Hopefully will get a few more days in...I take it out of the water in late Oct and winterize it right then because doing it when it's really cold...just STINKS....I like a nice 70 degree day in Oct...before it gets frosty at night...then work on a few projects before December.... Graham we had a cool summer too...but not THAT cool...we often in past years have gotten air temps in the high 90s F but this year it only hit 90 once and most days were 75-85 which was fine by me...as long as it wasn't raining like it did all spring... Water temps here top out at about 75 F in August...now it's more like 68 or so which is not too bad...I take a dinghy out to my mooring so my feet at least always get wet! |
