My Brother in Law ( the procrastinator ) wanted me to help him get his dock out of the Ohio River. It is located on an Island near East Liverpool. We put his boat in the water and I floated off shore to allow John to park his truck and trailer. As I was waiting, a large tow truck pulls up to the public dock,the one that John will use to get on the boat, hooks up to it and takes off. He was gone in minutes. When I saw what was going on I heard a man say to the truck driver that there was a man coming to get on that boat. You should wait for him. The driver said "F" him and left. I started to cry laughing as I knew what was next. John walks over the hill and sees that the public dock is gone. He begins to sream obsenities at the top of his lungs and I politely tell him he must now swim to the boat. The water was colder than a well diggers knee. The whole deal was like a Chevy Chase movie. Hope this one will fix him.
