Just had my marina fee renewal notification for this year and surprisingly there's no increase from last year. :) How's the rest of you getting treated?

First year I'm docking the boat, but the fee is the same as I was quoted last year.

Fees seem the same as last year here, too. In fact, the marina where I was last year was sold to new owners and their rate is lower. BUt, it's expensive no matter what. I'm on Lake Minnetonka, MN. Marinas for a 23 footer start at $3k, go to $4500, and I've seen up to $7k, including winter storage. Yikes! I feel lucky I found a private home close to my home for a mere $3k. Is that crazy, or what?

Hey Sounder, 20 some odd years ago when I lived in in Minnesota I slipped a boat on the very end of North Arm for $350.00 for the season. Oh how things have changed.

$350, eh? Thanks for rubbing it in! :)

I saw an ad recently to purchase a slip on Minnetonka. I think it was 26 feet long, and had .04 acres! It was just the slip, and about 10 feet square of shore line. $85,000. Any takers?

No increase for us either. Our marina has been negotiating prices now. The prices are different from slip to slip

Our pricing is remaining the same for this year as well.

No change. $1320/yr including power for a covered slip. The downside is that we have minimal amenities and have cross the lake for a pumpout.

No increase at South Bay! :D 1700 for the season, which in these parts averages out to about a week!

I dont slip my boat, but IF I did...on my lake it would run $230-$250/month...for a covered slip for my little 20' boat....on an annual contract.
