I just purchased a 2002 Four Winns Horizon 18. There are no marine stores in the area. Any suggestions on where to order parts.

Looks like I need a thermostat kit for starters.

Thanks,
John

I'm in Lake Tahoe California.

Although I had a terrible experience with marinepartsexpress.com it may be a viable source for you. The ONLY way I would buy from them is if they VERIFY THE ITEM IS IN STOCK AT THE TIME YOU PLACE THE ORDER.

To better answer the question, shouldn't we know what is powering his boat?

In 2002 Four Winns offered the 180 Horizon with both VP and Mercruiser sterndrives. Or was 2003 the first year Genmar was able to offer Mercruiser again?

The boat could also have an outboard.

A "thermostat kit" is pretty vague without knowing what powerplant he is talking about.
