Took today off to go boating for the weekend. It was predicted that it would be sunny and warm at the start of the week. Today, CLOUDS, THUNDERSTORMS AND WHATEVER!! Sorry I had to complain somehwere.

I will retire in two years brother, don't tempt me. I know I will be down there in the winter. Last year ruined me hear with constant snow storms. We plowed more than ever. As for the game, GO U.S.A. |

The admiral is from OH and we have visited up there in the winter and they come down for Spring break many years, so I know your pain (lived in New England for a number of years). Nothing like taking the boat a few days after Christmas and taking the kids swimming with the Manatees in the natural springs on the river. |

We are going to check out Bay Point Marina. It looks very nice. My only problem is that I will have to paint the bottom of the boat if we choose to keep it up there. |

Winns For Life, Come check out Battery Park Marina in Sandusky. This is my first season there, lots of people from Akron/Canton area. (I am from Rootstown) Everyone was very welcoming. It's 1/2 hour drive closer and right accross the bay from Bay Point. We went out this weekend on the sand bar off Bay Point for a fun day in the sun, water, and beverage. PM me if you come up and we'll say hello. |

I docked at bay point for a season, it is very nice. There are actually quite a few great marinas in sandusky (the venetian, battery park), the only reason I moved to dock in Cleveland was the drive. when gas prices were sky high I couldnt fathom driving 30-45 minutes, then spending 1 hour cleaning the boat then driving back the next day or so later. Its nice now that I can drive to my boat 5 minutes away now. Im at whiskey island marina. Its a great time, only problem is, when not at the marina there is nothing to do in the water in cleveland. the islands are a nice trip every once and a while and so are the sand bars near marblehead. |
