Well guys...I made a formal offer today on a Chris Craft 328. It will probably take a week to see if this will be moving forward or not, but wish me luck. The boat needs a couple cosmetic repairs that are pretty minor and a REALLY good cleaning. The previous owner passed away and the boat has been sitting. The widow needs it to go away....now I will just find out how bad she needs it to go away. Its a 2000 model, heat/ac, genny, twin 5.7L Volvo's....wish me luck! |

I hope everything works out for you! I have started the search for our next boat also...The list is very long but is unattainable until I sell our bowrider first. There are so many boats out there for sale right now, anybody that is thinking of moving up should try and make it work now. |

Fingers crossed for ya! Don't forget to post some pics if all goes as planned. Agree with Millhaven, there are sooooo many boats out there right now. I like sifting through adds just to build my wish list for a future cruiser, and there are tons of them to look through. |

Latest update is: They made a counter offer, which I of course made a final counter offer. I hope to know something by the end of the week. There is a trust atty involved between the seller (late husbands estate) and the lender. Today he needed proof that I was a "qualified buyer" via a loan approval letter from my bank...all is well on my end. |
