Hey Tim. You're in my home port and all the pics are very familiar. My girlfriend's daughter (civil engineer) oversaw the construction of the new basin and slips to the South of the old ones. I was out to Saxon Harbor last Saturday and the black flies were so bad, they chased us off the lake. We went East to Little Girl's Point and NO FLIES and calm waters. Coming back to Saxon Harbor was an adventure with a Southwest wind and 3-4 foot seas.

that's the first time I was there with my boat. I'm new to boating the great lakes and was a little worried, but I grew up around the water (part fish) and Lake Superior was awesome. We went over to Madeline Island for the day, the trip was great.

I remember you out there on Memorial Day weekend. I was just coming in off the lake and recall seeing a Four Winns over by the fuel dock. Commented to my girlfriend about your boat because there aren't very many Four Winns boats out there that I've seen. Going out there again today but over to Little Girl's Point. Suppose to be 82 and calm. We'll see because the Lake can change in an instant.
