Getting them broke in finally. They run awesome! We went to Grand Lake O' Cherokee's this last weekend and had a blast. I will upload some more pics of the trip later today.

Oh how I miss those days, that smell of fresh hot paint is one of a kind. I don't miss the 2 weeks it took my to sync twin throttle sticks. Enjoy it they are only new once. |

Wow... I spent many weeks during the summer at Grand Lake when I was a kid. My grandparents had a lake house there near Arrowhead marina. Been to many lakes, but I love that one.. its one of the best. Bet your boat with those new motors is a beast! |

I am pretty sure we are going out today, but only in Kansas crap lakes. I don't have enough time left as I have a contact to do in New York for the rest of the summer. It will be a bummer if I don't take the boat up there. I will try to get some photos and video today while we are out. Last weekend was good north of Monkey Island, but on the other side was a bit rough. Well put it this way, at around 60 mph, I had to jack the throttles back on every wave as the props were coming out of the water.  It was soft landings though. It did not even feel like we were pushing it at all. We had 6 of us in it and I never touched the trim or the tabs the whole day. |
