Was out all afternoon on the boat and about 7pm we decided it was time to head in. Loading all the tow ropes (for the hotdog and waterski's) in the engine compartment, we hear a hissing and gurgling sound.

Sounds like a radiator boiling over and I'm thinking uh oh, something is wrong with the cooling system. Check all over and can't locate where the sound is actually coming from.

Ok, so I figure, we'll start the motor and I'll check all the gauges (especially the temp gauge) and see where we stand. I'm also thinking thank god I signed up for the BoatUS Towing Services this year.

Prepare to start the engine and notice one of the switches was on. Hmmmm, that switch shouldn't be on - wait! It's the bilge pump switch!!!!!!

Hissing and Gurgling sound solved once I turned that switch off......

Ugh.......
