What a Great trip! Many thanks to Sierra for taking the time to e mail me while I was underway. Here are some pics for you guys. Had a crazy lightning storm on Saturday night there. They had me in a slip surrounded by sailboats. It was the first time where I was really nervous being in the slip during a storm. Here are all these "lightning rods" surrounding my boat haha! Enjoy

Thanks! The Bald Eagles really made the trip worth while. Not in a million years did I think I would come across 4 of them purched right on the river. What a great site.

Yeah it was definitely worth while. Can't wait to venture further up north. They really did a good job of getting the Hudson cleaned up. It looks great. At times it honestly seems like a lake. It was like glass most of the way once we passed the GW and Tapanzee bridges.

We're going to be winterizing and docking up there next season for sure.

Yeah it was perfect weather. I would have had better shots of those eagles but they say your not supposed to get too close. You could disrupt them and they could abandon their nest. I was about 100 yards away.
