Twice this weekend my windlass would not lift the anchor without me helping it along. Sounded like it was spinning but not grabbing. Suggestions? |

What brand and model do you have? There is a tension adjustment, usually as a separate handle that will fit into a main drive unit . Careful not to make it too tight. |
