Went to Lake Erie to meet some friends who keep their Boat at Bass Haven. Great Marina and I loved boating up there. I have been there many times on fishing charters which is not the same as operating your own boat. I was a bit concerned at first but we had a great time. It was a little sporty getting the boat back to the Ramp on Sunday. The waives were 3 to 5's. I am not used to docking in big waives but I had plenty of help and it worked out well. I am now considering getting a slip at that Marina next year. What a clean, nice place to keep a boat. Marblehead is like a boaters paradise. Went to Skipperbuds on Sunday to look at some new Four Winns Boats. They had a 09 378 in there that was beautiful. Would love to have that boat but I think I will save the $278,000.00 and keep my little 268.

The boat has never had the bottom painted and it is in beautiful shape, leaving her in the water is going to be tough, but I am getting sick of trailering the boat everywhere.

You will enjoy having your boat in the water. I think you will find you use it much more than if you trailer.
Lake Erie has some nice marina's and destinations to explore. Glad you had a great weekend !
