I really feel bad for some of you guys up North.....we've been riding the Seadoo's since the 2nd week of March....w/o the wet-suits!!!

My office in the bank looks directly at highway 31, the main highway along Lake Michigan. It's a narrow boulevard with two lanes heading north and two south. I just had a 40+ Tiarra take up both lanes on a trailer go past. Just before, a big triple axel trailer with some exotic go fast goes through, and I am seeing 10+ boats an hour go past on trailers. People are getting the itch bad! I'm glad I'm the boss so I don't get yelled at looking out the window all day. |

I'll be one of those boats on 31 next week. Driving south from Grand Haven to Holland. Our place is just down the road from Tiara's corporate Launch Center on Lake Macatawa. Haven't seen any new boats there for sea trials yet this year. I've got the itch but the weather doesn't seem to want to cooperate. |

Dave, Not sure where you are on 31, did you see me today? I towed the boat from Grand Haven to Holland. Going to do a quick wax tomorrow and put it in the water if the weather holds out. I know I can do the wax, my marina will let me put it inside one of the storage buildings to do that. If it's raining too bad I'll just pay them to put it in the water later in the week I guess. |

Just curious. St Louis Dave, from Comstock Park and owns a business on US-31. That would almost be Michigan Dave, wouldn't it? If you work Sundays, watch for me to go by on the way to Muskegon Lake. Tomorrow is the day! Dan |

Just a name I picked up when I lived in St. Louis a few years ago. To many people know me as STLD so I stuck with it. If I went all the way back, it would be Buckeye Dave, but I do live in that state up north.... :> |
