We play Into the Mystic by Van Morrison(or covered by Swell Season) while heading down the channel everytime we go out. We feel it brings us luck on our journey...which is also why we played it as our last dance at our wedding. It was cool to see all our boating friends singing along as we danced!

Thats a good one! I can totally appreciate that song as well althought it's usually drowned out by that annoying song by Flock of Seagulls...haha....get it?(insert rimshot here) :lol:

Actually, the radio, mp3 player or streaming music on the phone is playing most of the time we are on the boat.
No particular favorite boating songs for us, just whatever suits our mood that day.

We always start out heading down our channel with Kenny Chesney playing. Nothing in particular just seems to set the mood and my young kids seem to enjoy.

not to hijack this thread...but speaking of Kenny Chesney, rumor on the docks is the arrival of a 130 footer sometime today supposedly belonging to him. He plays Lambeau Field tomorrow.
