 Post subject: New Carver?

I snapped these over the weekend at our marina, it' just a little strange. looks like they took the typical Carver hull and threw a cruiser type top on it. Definitely not your typical flybridge. I believe it's a 36 footer. It was locked so I couldnt check out the interior. Just under the front windshield on the bow is a seating area. The sliders look a little stark and large sitting all by themselves with stairs on either side.

I just noticed in the picture above, you can see Swept Aweigh to starboard on the opposite dock!

Yes, It's a 2011 Carver 36 Mariner. Re-designed from previous layouts in the popular (butt ugly) Mariner series.
Most room and living space you will find on ANY boat it's size.

Inside...very nice. Outside....holy crap, I didnt think they could make the Mariner look any worse....I was WRONG!

No kidding. The interior is nice. I know nothing about Carvers, other than they are mostly big but............. That things hideous!!!!

There's a couple of those that I see on a regular basis on the South River outside of Annapolis. Not pretty to look at by any means....but I guess they're practical on the inside. To each their own.
