I just purchased an 2003 180 Freedon I/O and I am looking for a trailering cover. My question is the Four Winns cover the best overall (looks quality & fit) and can they be purchased anyware online or dealers only? or are there aftermarket ones that are better and if so what brand? Boat goes into the lake in 2 days cant wait. Thanks |

A forum search will be your friend on this one. There are several recent threads about boat covers - both trailering and mooring. Here is one to get you going: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7682&p=73757&hilit=+cover+trailer#p73757 Dealer purchased cover will likely be the most expensive option. Mine was custom made from a local upholstery shop. Erik |

Welcome to the board. I have the same boat and I have the Four Winns cover. Fits good and has straps that attach around my trailer with the adjustable plastic clips that snap into each other. I can get it nice and tight and the fit is very good. I have not trailered the boat with it yet, but heading to the Florida Keys this summer and was planning on using the cover so I could store some stuff on the boat. West Marine, Overton's, and other companies offer boat covers that might be cheaper than a Four Winns model. And as the saying goes here, it didn't happen if you don't post pics! We want to see your boat! |
