Looks pretty cool if it actually works the way it did in the cup of water. I just keep the tanks full and I treat the gas with stabil ethanol treatment haven't had a problem since I have the boat usually at home on the weekends and I start her up and let her run a bit. I did hear the fuel pump sound really loud once when I left the boat with a half a tank of gas and didn't turn the engine on in about three weeks. I thought I needed a new fuel pump but figured maybe it was bad gas so I put 30 gallons of new gas and put two stabil fuel stabilizers in the gas and turned her on and she ran just fine, took her out on the bay and ran around for an hour and was happy to see the problem was gone. Ethanol is bad even for newer engines mine is a 2008 and it doesn't like that gas at all! |
