If you're sure the impeller is OK you can put it back in, but if you already have it out you might as well replace it. Either way, when you put it (or the new one) back in, it's critical that you coat it with the glycerin that comes in the kit. The glycerin provides lubrication to the impeller during those few seconds when it would otherwise run dry and potentially be damaged.
Related note, you can buy a whole bottle of pure glycerin at WalMart for cheap, in case you don't have it from the kit.
Got her all squared away, the impellor took me longer than expected because when I put it in the housing with the glycerin after I had the housing somewhat tight I noticed it was facing the wrong way, the hose hookups were to the right instead of to the left I was so glad my miller lite's were cold because while I took it off with no hoses attached I noticed I forgot to put the belt on so I started laughing and thought at least I only had two screws tightened. What is the deal with Four Winns a Phillips Head screw would be so much easier to work with especially the one at the bottom although it wasn't a big deal I think someone should relay this to Four Winns. I took the hoses to the dealer turns out they didn't need to be replaced lol! I figured wth might as well put them in new since I had them off already now I have the 3 year old set as backups.
