Ahhhhhh. To be young, dumb, and ...you know the rest! I'd have PAID $100 to have it hauled away. No offense Ric, when I was young I got excited about "projects". Now, unless it comes with a wet bar and blender, I won't even consider it. Ten bucks for a nearly 30 year old boat shell with no motor....wished I lived closer, I've got plenty of "deal of the century" stuff I'd sell you for $10!!!

I was trying to think of a nice way to put it, but yeah, that pretty well sums it up for me too. I'm sure it could be turned into a great boat but I wouldn't touch it for all the tea in China. Funny how things change with age. :)

Hey, if he sells it for $100 that's a good profit lol

It's complete sans engine. We're all mechanically inclined bikers it may get sold, it may get a big block. Who knows.

I don't see a windshield or swim platform in the picture.

You're right on the deal of the century though, the seller got rid of it and enough cash for a 12 pack.

Man, that's great!!! You made $89.50 for surfing the web, outbidding the bidders, driving down to pick it up, or take possession of it, and selling it to some other lucky guy. I'm really missing the boat (pun intended) out here in California!

Never had to get it. They picked it up. He basically made 89 bucks by just clicking the mouse.

And it's rained ALL day in the Dallas area. My lake was back to being only 2 feet down. This new storm will really help us!

It was awesome....kid was pooch mouthed cuz rain killed football scrimmage...I was smiling from ear to ear thinking about lake. We had 4 inches this week and every drop helps. More rain set for Wednesday too. If central TX can get a quick 2 to 3 I will be set. Glad to normal levels r back in Dallas.
