I went to order my trailering cover at the sweet discounted price that Terry had given me last year. I found out that not only does Terry no longer work there. Winnisquamine is no longer a FW dealer  Where do we get discounted parts now ? :?

IFourWinns Members,

We have enjoyed working with everyone on ifourwinns and we are going to miss being part of the Four Winns community.

Chris, our new parts man has picked right up where Terry left off and has been offering the same service and discounts to our customers and ifourwinns. He knows Four Winns very well as he has been a valuable Technician of ours for years, he is not new to our organization. Chris is very energetic and eager to help the customer which is why he was a great fit for parts man with us.

I would have preferred to continue to be able to offer Four Winns parts to our valuable customers and our extended Four Winns Family such as ifourwinns but it was the factories decision that if we are no longer selling their new boats that we no longer have access to parts. We had made the decision to no longer stock Four Winns because Crownline and Premier Pontoons has been doing so well for us.

If you would like to have us continue to provide parts for Four Winns I would recommend calling the factory and urging them to allow it. We would prefer it that way. We may not be selling new Four Winns anymore but we would like to provide service and parts for the ones that are out there. Four Winns builds a good boat, it just wasn't a fit for our Dealership anymore.

What a shame. Always received top notch customer service and terrific pricing from the Winnisquam team. Often encouraged others on this forum to check them out. I wish them nothing but continued success--as they are one of the good ones. I will definitely send my thoughts to the national group.

Bummer!

I called the closest US FW dealer to me who happens to be Brobeil Marine, Inc. for the prices on the trailering cover for my boat. They quoted me $785 which is almost identical to the $775 Winnisquamine quoted me. Local dealer in Kingston wanted over $1100 CAD

I'd in Buffalo enough for me to get the cover when I am down there in a couple of weeks.

I'm not trying to be a traitor or anything but the Crownline 236SC Cuddy makes me daydream at work every day. The Four Winns S215 doesn't even compare. It's like comparing a honda civic (four winns) to a mercedes benz

Brobeil Marine is where I got my boat.
They are always easy to deal with. I just bought new bow and cockpit covers
last year and they were very reasonable there.

I second the motion. You will love it and never want to look at another Four Winns again.

No more Terry oh that really sucks he was so nice to deal with on the phone! He sold me my complete decals and the bow cushions and saved me over 500 dollars compared to what I was quoted down here in Miami. What a loss to the Four Winns community he was a great person to deal with!

Four Winns makes a good boat, but they don't seem to be interested in marketing. Dealerships are going away left and right...I don't even have one in my state anymore, I'd have to drive 150 miles to one. I never see their boats in the boating magazines I subscribe too but I sure see all the other makes. They sure don't seem to be interested in making a splash at boating shows either. For that reason I probably won't own another one. The Crownline 235SS on the latest cover of Boating World sure looks nice though :)

It is sad to see Winnisquam no longer supports Four Winns. I understand that Four Winns marketing plan no longer fits on Winisquam`s business strategy… We are very happy with our last 2 Four Winns boat and especially on service provided by Winnisquam staffs… I feel dealer support is very important part of our boating life and directly connected to Brand Royalty. This would be a 5th season with our current boat and we are considering an ordering a new boat for next season. We were banking on new H260 to be a stunning and stay with Four Winns Brand. However, we are not too impressed with squareness and overall appearance of new H series. We need to see H260 in person but after seeing a new H230 at boat show I am almost leaning towards Crownline E6 to be our new boat and count on Winnisquam`s service. Looks like this summer would be the last season with our H260 and possibility with Four Winns..... :(

Fewer dealerships means less supply...which means increased demand...that equates to increased value of existing stock. Do you want a boat or the masses like the VW was o the Germans.....or do u want the American muscle car offered in the sports model or the sedan.

Come on...the cheap look of the plastic functionless triangles on the sides of the crown line is enough to make me run...reminds me of Chevy Chase's 8 tail light stationwagon traveling to wallyworld.
